When high-glamour guys Dolce Gabbana go for check and tweeds, you know change is in the air. These comfy looking pieces are a totally new look for the normally body-con designers.

John Galliano for Maison Margiela crafts a covetable checked overcoat the goes perfectly over a toyed with blazer. Check into the new look in this outfit.

Proenza Schoeler do a more body-con checked suit. The high placement of the buttons makes it look very slimming.

Givenchy does the suit route with a very subtle tweed/check textured pattern.

Leave it to Brunello Cucinelli to mix the small check double breasted jacket with a soft rust skirt.

And this small checked overcoat works with the rust turtleneck underneath. and would look really good with a printed shirt in a print like the dress behind it.
